📍 Meet-up point in Río Grande
🚶♂️ A brief hike on rugged terrain is required to reach the photo spot
🚗 Transportation available from the meet-up point. Vehicle space capacity is limited to 3 guests.

Safety Precautions
⚠️ Wear closed-toe shoes for safety (avoid flats). This photoshoot involves walking briefly on wet, muddy, and slightly steep, rugged terrain. It may not suit those with reduced mobility or foot injuries. Notify if this is for a maternity session.
☔ If heavy rain is expected on the day of your booking, we can adjust the time slot, or reschedule.

Commercial & Brand Photography
Commercial projects are approached with a fully tailored process to ensure your brand is represented with precision and intention. Licensing is structured according to usage and distribution. Please contact me prior to booking to discuss your vision.
Time Zones
Rainforest photoshoots are set for 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM (Puerto Rico Timezone)
Please note: In case of weather changes 🌩️, session times may be adjusted. We recommend keeping your schedule flexible on the day of your shoot.

Couples Portrait Session
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All serious inquiries are kindly asked to review our policies and terms below before booking a Signature Portrait Session.

· Full payment is required to reserve your Signature Portrait Session. A non-refundable 20% portion of your payment serves as a retainer to secure your session date 🔒. This covers holding your spot against other potential bookings in case you need to cancel.
· Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a 80% refund. Refunds will be considered for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as travel changes, illness, or emergencies. No refunds will be given after the cancellation period, but rescheduling is allowed.
· If you were unable to cancel within the cancellation period and cannot attend your session, rescheduling may be permitted (subject to availability) or for your next visit to Puerto Rico.
⚠️ No-shows or unresponsive clients are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
This policy is intended to be both fair and flexible, while respecting the time and preparation dedicated to each client.

Copyright Terms and Usage Rights
All images delivered from your Signature Portrait session are limited for personal use only. This means you’re free to share, post, and print your photos for your personal enjoyment and display.
⚠️ Commercial use, resale, licensing, or marketing use is not permitted without obtaining a commercial licensing agreement from the photographer. Reach out if you intend to use your photos this way.
All images and videos remain the copyrighted property of the photographer and are protected under U.S. copyright law. Unless requested otherwise in writing, the client grants the photographer permission to use selected images for promotional purposes: portfolio, website, and social media.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Customized group packages are available for groups of three or more.

NOTE: Photoshoot pricing may vary based on group size, location requests, retouching, and additional time. Commercial/Brand photoshoots require a licensing agreement to cover usage rights. Contact me, and I'll reply promptly!
